This is the Gavlar Living Framework. The one place anyone, human or AI, should look to know what this brand is, how it sounds, and how it shows up in the world.

## Working principles

Four rules that hold across every interaction with this brand.

- **The markdown is the source of truth.** When these pages disagree with the raw markdown, the markdown wins.
- **Read the file the task needs.** Voice work, `02`. Visual work, `03`. Strategy, `01`. Don't load everything by default.
- **UK English. Limit em dashes.** Whatever `02-Voice-and-Tone` says, that wins.
- **Find it, don't force it.** This brand uncovers what's already true. It doesn't invent from scratch, and it never reaches for the beige default.
